Earlier this month, Samsung introduced the Galaxy Book 4 series of laptops to the domestic market. The South Korean company has now shown a new laptop that doesn’t belong to the Book 4 series. The 14-inch IPS display on the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Go 5G has an anti-glare coating and an FHD resolution. Its webcam is 720p. The gadget has two 1.5-watt stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos technology for audio output. The laptop is only 15.5 mm thick and weighs 1.43 kg.
In terms of hardware, the 6nm-based Snapdragon 7c+ Gen 3 chipset powers the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Go 5G. It is equipped with an Adreno GPU. The laptop has 128GB of storage and 4GB of RAM. With a 45W charging capacity and a 42.3WHr battery pack, the Book 3 Go 5G is said to provide 8 hours of use after 30 minutes of charging.
Windows 11 is the operating system that powers the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Go 5G. Several features of the Galaxy ecosystem, such as Quick Share, Second Screen, Buds Auto Switch, and Multi Control, are available to Samsung customers. The laptop has two USB-C connections, WiFi-6E, Bluetooth 5.1, an SD card slot, and a 3.5mm connector.
In South Korea, the cost of the Samsung Galaxy Book 3 Go 5G is KRW 557,700, or around $430. Starting on January 2, Samsung outlets and three Korean carriers will sell it in its only color, silver.
